Thank you for the info... I pretty much assumed all those things lol... we don't really get hassled for noise were I'm from(not sayin it won't happen) I have wet bassetts and have ran em for years.. I just see a lot of ppl run dry exhaust and now can't really figure out how due to my temp issues.. I'll go back to the over transom if I have to but always wanted to run zoomies so I took a chance

I'm running zoomies on a BBC in my Tahiti.. I feel I have plenty of room but the headers get super hot and heat the sides of the boat up .. any words of wisdom that can steer me in the right direction to reduce temps and make the boat a lil safer
