Project Boats For Sale / 1974 Cheyenne mini day cruiser hull
« on: April 24, 2017, 05:51:59 PM »
I have a 74 Cheyenne mini day cruiser hull that I picked up to save it from a chainsaw. Was planning a long term project, but I have two other boats that take priority, so I need to let this one go. This is a bare hull....19 foot, full stringers, intake for Berkeley 12JC. Hull is good, no cracks, stringers are solid, transom has a little delaminating but no rot. NO trailer and no paperwork, can give bill of sale only since I never got anything from the previous owner. I'd like to get $100 to cover what I paid for it. Located north of Fresno, CA near Yosemite National Park.

Random Boat Parts For Sale / WTB: 19-20 ft tandem trailer & 454 block
« on: April 26, 2015, 11:00:49 PM »
I am looking to buy a 19-20 foot tandem trailer for my Cheyenne mini cruiser. I'm on a budget so the trailer doesn't have to be perfect, just functional. I also need a rebuildable 454 block and large oval port heads. General Fresno area / central valley preferred for pick up.

The No Wake Zone / new to jet boats
« on: April 26, 2015, 10:34:41 PM »
hey everyone, I am from central California near Fresno. I am VERY new to jet boating, so i am looking forward to learning a few things in here. I recently picked up a 74 Cheyenne 19 foot mini day cruiser hull to give me something to do for the next 2-3 years (or longer). Right now, it is basically a bare hull, but I have already been finding some screamin deals on some very important parts. I managed to pick up a complete Berkeley JC-A pump, bellhousing, motor mounts, and logs for a BBC. Also should be picking up a set of side mount fuel tanks in the next 2-3 weeks. Still looking for a 454 block, and a trailer (one didn't come with the boat). My plans are to build a decent lake cruiser, around 450hp.

a photo of the hull the day after I brought it home...
