So where is your beach at we also have our own beach @ Serena Shores estates

Haha that's cool man... my beach is on the other side of the Academy. I live at the bottom of Oleander St. The first house on the bottom by the beach. "Scranton Boys Racing" sticker is huge on the side of my truck.

Day use and Launch is $20-25 but usually they charge $25... for their beach use it is worth it. Not flooded with hood rat people and nice sandy beach to park on is good...

If anyone is planning to come to Elsinore, you should look into launching from Cranes RV Park. They have one of the best beaches, and rarely does it get as many people as other places. Plus it is right next to my beach so you can hang out there and get in on all the fun we have too. Their beach sand is also the best over any other beach on Elsinore right now and not many people use that beach. I think it is a secret or something haha

I live on the lake and have our own launch so I have not used that launch in a while, but I would recommend the launch at the City Campgrounds called La Laguna. West Marina is packed like sardines in there.... anyone on here that knows me, just message me and get yourself a day pass somewhere and maybe you can just launch from my beach...

Here's some updates of the new engine cover... Layin' some resin and glass tonight to strengthen and seal it up. Bench seats are also being redone and new upholstery done before Labor Day weekend. See ya all in Elsinore!

Hi, I am new to the forum and jet boats in general. I am a partner at a SXS Accessory Shop called IMG Motorsports out of Elsinore. I also live on Elsinore and love boating in general, even better when I am hauling ass though haha...

So I sold my 89 Sleek Craft Cruiser and wound up getting back into it with a '78 Hallett, 21' long. I and not going really crazy but I just got the engine in a couple weeks ago and now I started the interior and making a new engine cover and doing away with the ugly, cheesy styled old one.

I have a couple questions if anyone can help--

1. Any tips on the hatch or even the way it needs to be designed to be strong?

2. Anyone know where and what the best hinges are? I am not looking to spend over say $100 for 2 hinges, hopefully less haha....

I will post some pics of the progress as I go.... any help or tips or pointers is much appreciated, it is my first boat project.
