Is it possible to cut a hole into the firewall to get in under the bow? I'm concerned that this might compromise the strength of the hull. any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

just to add to this.... is it OK to cut a hole into the firewall if the boat comes with no access under the bow? I have not cut it because I worry about the integrity of the hull when doing this. thanks

Can anybody give me any info on this hull? My father bought this boat in 86 and the boat has sentimental value. So, i rebuilt it from the bottom up and wanted to know if anyone knew anything about the hull. Thanks
