I must be blind. I just read those whole thread trying to see what your set up was. But 4k in that boat? Seems low.I'm thinking the same thing. It's healthy for sure, and phone gps I've had it up to 65 with probably a lil more to go. Just crazy how fast some of those fishing boats are.

My buddy picked this one up a while back for his winter project. Looks identical to a Hallet Bubble. Title says Dominator, any info on these? How well do these ride in the water?

Depends how much you're wanting to spend. If you think the engine is going to be close to 5k then spend the extra money and order the GM604 crate. $6,200 and makes 400hp 400ft/lbs. simply put awesome motor. Man that sucks... I've been following your post and all the work you been doing to it. Hope everything works out for u and u can get it back in the waterYeah I've done a ton of work in a short amount of time. Lots of stuff I never posted. That sucks we had a ski hit us in Elsinore years ago no one was hurt but split the boat my friend had spent the last year restoring first ride in boatShitty!! I thought it put a hole in my canoe for sure when it first happened

Small world! Parquer and those guys were sending me pictures of the ski that hit you this past weekend. Sounded like a wild day!Yeah it was wild, you have a jet boat? I'm trying to get a group started for next year and maybe hit up one of the SoCal trips to havasu or something. There used to be a ton of jet boats around this area need to get those guys to pull them out of the weeds

Wow, that sucks.Right, they said they want to repair it without going through insurance. Which works for me. The guy on the ski broke 3 ribs and punctured lung. My buddy said he saw him earlier driving 3ft away from a hazard buoy.
Millers are BAD ASS Battle Ships.
Glad nobody was hurt.
So, the rental Co. Is required to have insurance.
That would be my next step.
