Easy off oven cleaner works great, I've used it on cars to get back to original paint, used it on my fiberglass scoop to strip it back to the black gel coat.

how do u use it spray it on wipe it off?

Boats pretty rough someone painted it flat black I removed some of the paint but said screw it . Make an offer has full stringers and looks to not be warped comes with a bill of sale
Trailers included or left ur choice boat is def for the motivated type as it needs a lot of love . Trying to clean up my lot so make an offer. -less motor located in blythe ca and would prob be best to bring a flat bed or tires for the trailer as it’s been sitting for years
