Engine Mechanical / Electrical / HELP!!!!!!!!! with 2001 Ultra 454 jet boat

I have an 2001 ultra jet boat 454 big block. Last weekend i sucked up some sand and now it doesn't want to go but ten miles an hour. I hit the gas and it just revs up. Also i need to know what i can do with the porp to get more speed out of it. Thanks in advance for your help!!!!!
