Havasu got here Sunday and staying all week. Hit up turtle bar for happy hour, copper canyon, the channel and pulled the boat out after it got dark.

Yes it will work we put the same oil pan in my brothers caliber jet boat and fit great.

Not sure of the size but definetly not as big as the one pic, maybe I'll try a bigger coarser screw next time and if that doesn't work I'll try what kaotyk suggested, thanks for the help.

This is the best I could do,right now as far as a photo, I store the boat at the river but basically it's the same area just in the other side. As far as rot nope floor is fine I even had them resin coat the floor when I had my interior redone. Like I said the screws don't pull out right away sometimes it will go half dozen trips before an issue, may also be self inflicicted by a heavy foot.

I never had an issue with my throttle coming off the floor until I had my interior redone, guessing maybe they changed the location or previously it had something in it to keep the screw from stripping out. So I need some ideas on what I can do. I searched and saw someone suggested the snap toggles I bought them and the problem is when I drilled into the floor there is not enough room between the wood floor and the fiberglass of the bottom of the boat to get the snap toggle in all the way. I don't want to have to keep moving the location of the pedal every time it strips out.

Yep back in the day my brother had a dana jet and it had dual tanks without a selector just a tee. When we would run out of gas the one tank would still have a 1/4 tank of gas, usually tried to not get it that low without filling but in the rare occasions we did, we would use vise grips and pinch off the one tank.

Try Martinez boat interiors they do the boat detailing and do an awesome job. Don't think they do motor polishing but if you want it done Eddie will find someone to do it. They will sub contract stuff out that they don't do kind of like a one stop shop.

as far as doing things the proper way you'll find people trying to cut corners everywhere. even here.
He was on pb someone stripped a bolt that holds the valve body to the trans, op put they would like to fix it the right way but didn't want to re pull the valve body. Maloney suggested using a metric bolts instead of standard or to just leave the bolt out, then when people disagreed with him he told them they don't know shit about transmissions and it went south from there lol. That's the short version.

I was just looking at the pics of the blue water roll call and saw a pic of scrap handlers boat and was like shit that's the boat that crashed couple weeks ago in Parker. Just wondering if they are ok heard the driver had to be air lifted out. Sorry if this has been posted yet I looked and didn't see it, hoping all passengers were ok.
