Go with an open plenum intake not a dual plenum if your running SCJ heads your shooting ur self in the foot as well with still running logged exhaust.. Go to headers if you can

I had an 2001 F350 V-10 on 35s I got 9mpg towing ... You need to get some things checked but the biggest problem is if you have never re geared your axles your mileage will never be good
