Just sold my AR I built. I was over it. Not a huge fan of the .223 .556 ammo. Franklin Armory lower timley trigger group. Stag upper and Daniels Defense quad rail. Gonna stick with my mini 30 7.62x39mm. And my .308

Well, after new plugs, wires, checking timing and vac leaks I figured it out. I red neck cleaned the carb and there it was.

Pulled an honest 55 out of it at 4k with 4 200+ guys and 20 gallons of fuel, and no diverter

I just may keep it. ;)

Right on!!! Nice mph too!

Anyone have any idea what does this to gel cote? It was like this when I got the boat. Thinking about redoing the hull next off season. Any suggestions on painting or having it painted would be awesome.

Looks great!! Where did you get them? I am thinking of putting some on my float.

Thanks guys!! Yep the bell housing bolt was the culprit! I win!

Thanks GT ill remove the log and try that.

Hey any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. So I was changing my oil on my 454. And I used a oil filter wrench on the filter and it wouldn't budge. The wrench pierced the can too. So I stopped and grabbed the strap style wrench. It tore up the can. I was using the strap wrench as far up to filter rim as I could.... And yes I was turning it the right way. Not much room between the stringer/log and filter. I am thinking that I will have to pull the motor unless someone has a trick. I don't think the screwdriver trick will work considering the can is tore up.

Underground entrance.

Dunno what it was, for sure. All fixed now, at least for now. All new breakers (some were found to be pretty bad, so I had the guy put all brand new in), main breaker was found to be faulty (Possibly a defect from new, or the other breakers in the panel were working it over little by little), so we replaced it with a Seimans instead of a Murray this time around. Gotta go get my money back on the Murray I paid $400 for, but I got all that done, all lines and loads checked for $450 and a handshake agreement between him and the power company guy that if it happens again, APS is replacing my entire entrance and wire, because that is the only thing left that it could possibly be.  ;)  Neither of them had ever seen anything like this.   :sly:

Sweet! I am a HVAC and electrical contractor. I have seen something similar. It ended up being the overhead feed from Edison. The neural from the pole is bare and uv destroyed the insulation on one of the 120v lines. It was causing some whacky things in the house. If some appliances were unplugged 1/4 of the house would go out. Glad you got it solved!

Sounds like "line to neutral load". Open neutral in a _/3 romex or shorted to neutral. You prob got a cooked j-box somewhere. Do you have overhead or underground feed?

Greased all my fittings and bearings. Loading up the ice chest and tube getting ready for the lake tomorrow.

Live first work last. Except I own a jet boat and it drinks a lot of gas.

Installed a new Holley fuel pump and auto meter fuel pressure gauge. Thinking of hitting up pyramid this Saturday.
