It is a 2 bolt yes, numbers come back as a chevelle motor, its a tx19 with  dominator pump, not sure on pump specs. This boat was originally built with a blown 454 built by rehr-morrison

Hi there, What is your definition of Mild?  What parts are you looking to re-use?  What power do you have now?  RPM?  do you have a target to look for?  Budget?

Then we can give you suggestions.  Thanks! ;D
This is a more fresh build, just done wrong, main bearing gone and he had header plumbing horribly wrong! Was pulling water, im not looking for anything crazy but to flow good, talking with a builder now about the right path

Could it be opportunity knocking?
Endless things you can do with that set up.  I’m in.

Thats what i was thinking! Im a custom powder coater so its a good excuse to build a bigger/nicer set up! Thinking a heavy red flake block and heavy flake black for heads and intake

Engine Mechanical / Electrical / Re: 350 olds tunnel ram??
« on: August 27, 2013, 07:35:50 PM »
I don't believe when it comes to built v8 marine engines there is a difference in intakes, I know bearing, piston/ring clearances and cam specs there is, most parts from a 455 will work, one major part that won't is an intake, bb is wider than sb

From what I have read no one makes a tunnel ram for my boat? Anyone know if this is true or where I might be able to find one

Yah that would be cool, budget isn't a huge factor, just dust want to spend a grand for new ones, thanks for the help, parts around here are very very scarce!

Well it's up to you, I'm having a hard time finding some used ones, I know tom at jbp said if he had some they would be roughly 75 to ship, it's just a cobra-jet they are going on, not a really "hot" looking boat
