Keep the stainless steel prop on it . there's a hub inside the prop that's supposed to spin if u hit something.
An aluminum prop is not made for your horsepower

I hear you brother! I have three boats and two jet skis that I'm reminded of constantly!

Sweet ride! I love the colors. Those black headers look real nice! Are they wet or dry? Porcelain coated?

It would  make a great party boat though.  Check out the two stripper  poles on the aft deck! I think polished  brass ones might be better.

Wonder how much for those custom graphics.  It's probably a  wrap, that would cost way too much to paint!

The No Wake Zone / Re: What did you do to your boat today?
« on: December 09, 2014, 07:23:19 PM »
Got my stainless upswepts back today from madskillzfab. Did a hell of a job. Cut them down 2.5 inches. Can't wait to hear them out on the water.

"RTCP"
damn! That looks nice.
Mine is tucked away behind 25 other boats in storage! I can't even get in to look at it!
It's been a long winter already here in the great northeast!

Engine Mechanical / Electrical / Re: Running headers dry
« on: October 12, 2014, 02:54:43 PM »
I've run headers in cars for years and never gave  a thought about overheating or damaging things under the hood. So if they are exposed to open air wouldn't they run even cooler? I thought the only reason for injection of water was to keep the chrome from blueing. Am I wrong? :screwy:
yes. I believe the only reasons are to stop the bluing and also noise reduction
