The ones you posted the page of were not.....
Normally, the shaft goes through the inlet side of the tip in a hole through a couple of plastic bushings and the house holds the shaft from falling out.

Where can I find one for an olds bin looking for a bit.
Lub up the o-rings and yes it was tough. I disassembled mine and tapped it in with a hammer! Tapped!!!!!!!
I bolted mine to the exhaust manafold, I got an aluminium spacer at the hardware store along with a bolt the same length longer as the spacer!
What style did you go with?

It's pretty self explanatory when you get them.
Most of them have a rod that goes through the pipe and the house retains it.

30 ft/lbs for grade 5 and 35 ft/lbs for grade 8.
I would use both a hardened flat and a locking washer together.
