Yes that part was a cable clamp that was made to go with the custom throttle pedal.
Not available as a production piece from any store.
Yes i wouldn’t be  hard to make one.
It is just 1” aluminum round stock, with a hole for cable to pass through and a threaded hole in the top to bolt with and a threaded hole in the bottom for a set screw.

Swapped the old ragedy  trailer out to the newly restored trailer.
First look at the boat on the new trailer.

The Trailer got finished.
It turned out awesome!
The frame was powder coated Black, with violet flake.
The fenders were painted by the same Painter that did the boat.
Bad ass!

The whole bracket together, is a one off piece that i fabricated, my self.
The round barrel piece, that is bolted to it, that the cable passes through, is actually a piece, fabricated by Charles Mclardie, of MRS Performance.
It is a piece that i robed from the throttle pedal set up, that was meant to hold the cable in place.

Installed the fuel fills.
Had to fabricate a filler ring, because of the shape of the fills and the black bezel we are using.

Decided to revisit the seat bench.
I thought it would be cool to do something custom, with the Fwd/Reverse shifter.
Decided to mount it in the bench, between the seats, along with a couple of cup holders, for those frothy river sodas!
We cut a slot in the top plate, for the shifter, as well as two holes for the cup holders.
Fabricated a bracket, mounted underneath, to hold the shifter.
Had to fab up a bracket, mounted to the rear of the bench, to hold the cable in place.
All in all i think it turned out, pretty slick!

New shiny valve covers.
Had to drill a hole, for a bung fitting for the vac pump evac hose.
Nice stud girdles!

Fabricated a T-stat housing cap.
Drilled and taped with pipe thread for a single dump.
Used transfer punched to locate the bolt holes to be drilled.

Mocked up and mounted the battery tray.
The battery tray was fabricated and welded by Rafael Gomez.
He did an awesome job on it and we cant wait to see it all chromed up!

Seth got in the fuel log for the Dominator carb.
This is another really nice piece, from JEGGS!
It is adjustable and the inlet tubes are swivel.
