I get things change,  but,  some of us are still here!  Not getting sucked into the Facebook side of scjb!  But it seams like that's where it's going!  I'll never have a fb, maybe some others won't as well, but it's killing the o.g site!!  We only have a few of us shit talkers, song players and question askers,  and it's a small group!  The only time Brad pops in is to sell something!!  At what point will we not here about the schedule for scjb?  A lot of us plan for the opener.  Will we know about it?  Or will this site be abandoned cuz we're not Facebook whores?  The List is done!  River outlaws is done!  Iv been pushing something from the v-drive side forever cuz this site is still also socalvdrives,  and nothing!!  Wtf is happening on our end??  Kills me!!  I bought a boat 7 years ago because i ran into scjb at big river!  Immediately came home and started searching for a boat so I could play with everyone!!  Iv learned a lot, met some people..  And feel like this is end of the original part of scjb, and its dying!!  Again I guess when your pants get to big u have to wear them!!

I'm sure a few of us have lost riders,  the chick that was down for the boat, could back up the trailer, hang out and drink with the boys...  If not I guess I'm the only one,  but I miss the shit out of her.. Things got fucked up awhile back and she left..  Should be fine by now but it's not.. She still pops up, and fucks me up every time..  She was with me when I bought my hull, thru the builds, don't think she knows I spent her engangmet ring money on a supercharger after she left,, but we could go out with no one else just us, she launched, I held the boat and we jammed and floated and loved the sun and a cocktail  or 5 !  Been 2 years and I'm still fucked up about it.. Especially when she pops up!!  Sorry to vent to you all but!!  Anyone else have a human story to share about your lost rider??

V-Drives / Seagoing epoxy question

So I've never used seagoing epoxy,  but I hear you guys talking about it and it seams to be some bulletproof stuff..  It's being recommended to me to use to set my new strut under my boat,  my concern is I recessed my new strut flush into the Hull,  so if anything were to happen that I had to remove the strut how tuff would it be to remove being I wouldn't have access to cut the epoxy??  Should I be concerned about this or not??

So I have to make some changes really soon to my flatty if I'm gonna make the opener... Outside of my rigging I need to change,  I'm thinking about pulling the edelbrock 750's off my blower in favor of 2 600 double pumpers,  and setting them up for E85... I can't run a chiller with my setup.  My tunnel ram was frosty cold,  my blower and plenum are hot as fuck, iv got all the timing pulled out for pump gas and it been OK,  but I think cooling the intake charge with more tune ability from the holleys and maybe being able to put alil more lead to it might make it happier!!???  Your thoughts???  The thread is yours gentleman!!  I'm all ears..  👍👍

 Please someone tell me why if you buy an msd ignition box, and an msd distributor why aren't the wires color coded the same from the box to the distributor? ?? Box has a plug, distributor don't ,,, wires don't match!! Boat ran like shit today till I relized they were crossed!!! Fuck me for thinking purple went to purplish! !! Lmfao... tighten your game up MSD !!

Alright gentlemen, after totally tearing my engine down there are no signs of where my mystery metal came from! So it had to have been something that fell in during an intake swap! Sucks!! So I'm gonna clean everything up and put it back together.. But my question is I had the cam in straight up dot to dot, I have a nice made in the USA billet double roller chain in the engine with a lot of adjustment, how do you guys feel about advancing or retarding cam timing? My boats a heavy flat bottom v-drive, 402 BBC, 9to1 compression, large oval port heads ,cam is a comp xm278h , if I remember correctly .564-567 lift 278-292 advertised duration on a 112 lc, but its gonna have a b&m 250 supercharger on it this time around, so any thoughts on advancing or retarding cam  timing and why would be greatly appreciated... Thanks O0

Just throwing this out for the i.e people that use to listen to x1039 before the format change and the firing of the dj's.. my buddy dirty d from x started his own online radio station, dirtyradio.fm,  playin whatever he wants uncensored.. its only a few weeks old and the dirty radio app is available for iphone and android.. check it out, alternative and metal is not dead in the i.e...
