We kicked off our 2024 Summer Tour this year in Parker, Arizona!

Boat Racing / NJBA Drag Boat Races 3/16 & 3/17

We are excited to be back in Bakersfield, California at Lake Ming with the National Jet Boat Association in a week an a half!

March 16th & 17th
Lake Ming in Bakersfield, California
Saturday: Qualifying
Sunday: Eliminations

Racing starts at 8am.
Food Vendors on site.

Stop by the SoCal Jet Boats Vendor Booth to grab the Official Event Tshirt and your NJBA apparel!

Boat Racing / ADBA Drag Boat Races 3/8 - 3/10

This weekend the Arizona Drag Boat Association is back at Pirates Den in Parker, Arizona! We will have a vendor booth set up at Pirates Den, it's the best place to watch the races from. It's first come first serve.

Racing starts at 9am each day.
Friday: Test & Tune
Saturday: Qualifying
Sunday: Eliminations

The Official Event Tshirt will ONLY be sold at the SoCal Jet Boats booth, there is a limited quantity.

We hope to see you this weekend!

We were back at Big River in Parker, Arizona this year for our Annual Father's Day Weekend. Some might know it as "pee pee cove"... but it was a nice turn out with gorgeous boats. You know the drill, if you were there, post up your pictures!!!

Events / 2021 One Hot Summer Weekend Picture Thread

Our Annual "One Hot Summer Weekend" was a great turn out! This is my favorite event of them all!! Huge thank you to everyone who came out, we had so much fun seeing old and new faces.

Brad and I launched the pontoon on Friday to have lunch at Couve. It is a pretty nice place.. good service, clean, and the tacos were great. Headed to Back Bay and hung out there until the sun went down. Friday crew was a big turn out, it was awesome!
Saturday event day was a little breezy but not bad. We filled up the beach and the boats kept rollin in. There was a nice local man on a fishing boat with $5 Shrimp Cocktail for sale. We stayed until the sun went down again and then headed to the Avi for the parking lot party!

9/18 - 9/19: NJBA Drag Boat Races in Bakersfield, CA
10/1 - 10/3: ADBA Drag Boat Races in Buckeye, AZ
10/8 - 10/9: Yuma Power Tour!

Events / 2021 Father's Day Event Picture Thread

Hi guys! I apologize for the delay on posting these photos, it has been very busy around here lately.

I personally had a great time at the Annual Father's Day event and hope you all did too!!! It is always so great to meet new people and see familiar ones. It was hot! Brad and I got very sun burnt... we always wait too long to put sunblock on and will probably never learn!
We are so thankful for everyone who came out, stopped by to say hello and enjoyed their time on the water. We appreciate you all so much.

"Nasty Boy" aka Texas Jet was out there, if you haven't met him it is an absolute must. I think I convinced him to come back down for Yuma Power Tour!

Next stop is Big River in Parker, Arizona 7/24/21.

The 14th Annual YPT was amazing, we are happy to be there again this year!
James did a great job organizing and keeping everything together. We appreciate you James and all the hard work that goes into this every year!

It was a great turn out, beautiful boats, great weather, and good group of people!

There were 18 boats in the small tire class, Charles MacLardie took the win second year in a row! Big tire had 5 boats, Dennis Capogni and Becky took the win! Congratulations to Charles & Dennis!
Shout out to the MacDonald family from Montana drove 27 hours to enjoy the weekend!

Event merchandise is available for purchase until Monday 10/12, and will be discontinued after this date. Estimated shipping date on these items is 10/30.

It was great to see everyone out there. Huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth on Saturday! We were pretty busy and only got a few pictures, so please add your pictures to this thread so everyone can enjoy them too!

This is probably our favorite part of the river, not a rock in sight and so many sandbars to choose from. We are looking forward to next year! If you have to decide which events you are able to make it to, this should be one of them.

Events / 2019 Endless Summer Performance Regatta Pic Thread

We had an amazing time at the 7th Annual Endless Summer Performance Regatta this past weekend at McIntyre Park in Blythe, CA. Jake & team did a great job on this event that benefits the RESP  (Racers Emergency Support Program) check them out at racersesp.org

Friday was the show n shine and crackle fest in the parking lot. Theresa had delicious tacos and elote!

Saturday the weather held up all day, just a little bit of breeze despite reports not looking to good. There were a lot of beautiful boats and some new ones we hadn't seen! Several people lined up and made passes. There was a lot strong boats out

We met some SCJB members who made the trip down from Montana to check out all the fun! Tammi and her husband were so excited and so much fun to be around!

Huge thank you to everyone who came out and stopped by the Booth!  Thank you to Jake, Katie, Ashley, Chris, the desert monkeys, and Sam & Wes for your help loading up, you guys are wonderful.

Next up:
Yuma Power Tour this weekend 10/5.
ADBA Races in Parker at the Blue water 10/11 - 10/13.
 And the biggest event of the year, HORSEPOWER FEST! 11/15 - 11/16.

Events / 2018 October Trip Pictures

Thank you to everyone who came to the Annual  October Trip this weekend! There were a lot of beautiful boats out and some  new faces! As always, it's so good to see you all since we don't live as close as we would like!
The weather ended up being a little dark, windy & cloudy in the late afternoon but overall it was a great day!

Huge thanks to everyone who helped me out, I won't forget tie downs or buckets for the canopy ever again! Haha   I am so grateful for such an incredible group of people, you all welcome each other and are always there to help. Brad and I appreciate all the continued love and support!

What a great weekend!!! Thank you all for coming out & making these events so much fun!

There were 6 boats that made the long trip from Washington & the surrounding area! It's always great to see you all that come so far!

Congratulations to the winner of the 50/50 raffle, she won $379 !!

This event was the first trip out for a few people and I have to say, it is awesome to see everyone come together & lend a hand. I love seeing everyone being so nice & helpful. This  really is a great group, so thank you to all of YOU!!

We had a photographer out so we will post those within the week. Here are some of my phone.

Looking forward to seeing you guys at the October 5th trip!

Events / 2018 Performance Regatta Picture Thread

We had a great time at the Performance Regatta this past weekend. Weather was nice, a little gloomy and raining early Saturday morning but didn't last long.

There were some good races Friday and a lot of nice boats! It was nice meeting a lot of you that I haven't yet as well as seeing the regulars too!!

Events / 2018 Long Beach Sprint Nationals

2018 Long Beach ARP Sprint Nationals are coming up soon!
Who is going?!!?! August 4th & 5th at Long Beach Marine Stadium

SoCalJetBoats will be there in full force with the merchandise booth & a space on the beach for ya'll !!!  8)
We will be debuting some new items that we are excited about so stop by and see us! :beer:

Gates open at 8:00 a.m. racing starts at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $20.00 per adult, $10/child (under 5 are free). Military with active I.D. are also free! Parking is $20.00/vehicle/day. Please note that RV Parking on the North Side of the Stadium Only. Coolers are welcome but will be inspected as there is NO Alcohol permitted, there is a beer garden on-site.

Events / 2018 Mother's Day Weekend - Picture Thread

Mother's Day weekend is normally a smaller group, but we had a great turn out this year!Thank you to everyone who came out, we really appreciate all the love and support from you all! ️

Friday was a little breezy, but it ended up being a great day! Saturday was beautiful, we did a 50/50 raffle and Ryan Carnahan was the lucky winner of $238, congrats again Ryan!

Brad & I were pretty busy most the day so we didn't get to take many photos. Please feel post yours up!!
