Guys, Im sure its on this forum some where, but Im coming up with nothing on searches. Im getting ready to plumb the cooling for the engine

engine, 501 BBF, WJ jacuzzi built by Jet boat performance.

Going to run dry headers, have a pressure relief valve from pump, no thermostat, plan on running thru hull fittings/ dumps on exit water. my question(s) what is the best way to plumb this set up, or if you have a better suggestion let me know.

Im running dry headers cuz  patched and gel coated over old transom exhaust holes. and I believe my cam is border line for water reversion.

What is the recomended adheasive or sealant used to set the suction plate or intake to the hull bottom?

Clean title for boat and trailer.

This is a project boat, completely stripped and a clean canvas to work on. The hull and deck are separated currently

I completely gutted the boat, I replace and crappy stringer system from the factory with a proper full length one, running them along the keel and strakes like it should be done. Now the motor mounts and stringer are all one rigid complete system with drainage and limber holes so no water will be trapped in stringer. The running strakes are putty filled and covered in glass. Boat has a new floor that is glued down to stringers with plexus. It’s a very strong and light hull now. Every ounce of wood is encapsulated in “hot coat “of resin or glass.

To be honest I purchased the boat when I lived in FL, I moved back to IN to take over the family farming operation and I just have lost interest and time in this project. This is a great project boat for someone that wants to build their own. My back ground was in boat manufacturing, so the work is done correctly.

I have a used, but in great shape.. alum air scoop that is currently set up to fit a single holly carb set up..

Sell outright for $100 OR Trade for a fiberglass air scoop or some Rewarder OT pipes...

I need a Jucuzzi WJ energizer pump kit or a place diverter or both

Im looking to purchase a pickle fork jet boat 18'-21' w/ a BB. I prefer a original or project boat. Can be w/ or with out motor.
Hopefull something thats located east of the Mississippi. Im traveling between Florida and Indiana so let me know if you all know of something..
