Engine Mechanical / Electrical / Gas tank pickups need replacement

So last few times ive been out in my cruiser when fuel goes about 1\4 tanks (both) i loose fuel pressure. I took off the 90deg fuel fittings on the tank and i cannot access the fuel pick up tubes to pull them out from what i can see....im looking for advise....
