Boats For Sale / FS: spectra 19

well its forsale, its a spectra 19, interior just got redone may 2014, motor runs good. Minor issue with the fiberglass tanks, got it sorted out but recomend replacing the tanks, 460 hardin marine bbf and berkeley 12jc, customer cover and fender covers, 4500 obo

Engine Mechanical / Electrical / air leaking on tank side of pump

i am having a problem with air leaking on tank side of my fuel pump and i was looking at it and it has 8 fittings between the filters and the pump i wanna make it more simple i looked on a few sites and all they have are the electrionic switches, i wanna keep it maunal does anyone know a good easy way to hook up dual tanks to one pump? like maybe 1 valve with a off and 2 inlets

Trailers / benting the back part of trailer on driver ways

I know my dad’s Malibu has wheels on the back bottom of his trailer but has as anyone came up a good way to keep the back part of the trailer from bending, i did this morning

. Usually I am pretty good about it but with a lifted truck it hard not to scrap.

The No Wake Zone / trying to find my dads old boat

well my dads 50th is coming in oct and i was think of trying to find his old boat that he never stopped talking about everytime i ask for help on my boat, i think it would be cool if i can get a hold of the owner and check it out, it a 76-78 southwind fomula 19, i dont no if it was a t-deck or a formula, he said it was a formula but i cant tell the differance between the two. i have a few pic and i am looking for more, let me know if you have seen it or maybe your buddy owns it now, i figured this is the best place to start, i will post the cf #'s soon when i get a good pic of them.

Lake Havasu / who steals a bunk

so i was in havasu last weekend...
Saturday boat didnt start, starter stripped out thank god the flywheel was still good and thanks to the guys at all american battery co. (clay) for helping me wire a new starter and get me back on the water.
Saturday afternoon, guido tatted dudes with 35' boats ruin the lake, and coming from pirates cove to site six my driver seat comes detached from my boat and i begin to start driving with a gangsta lean.
Sunday was a good day just cruzed to the mud bar and hanging out then come back to the bridge, rough but not as bad as saturday, go to put the boat on the trailer and realize some one liked the blunks i just made for my trailer more then i did and took it off my trailer. who steals a bunk, come on seriously, no respect for other peoples hard earned property. all i can say is the beer kept me going this weekend and now i got my summer projects cut out for me.

i bought a starter for a 1976 f250 with a 460 in from autozone and the starter isnt sounding right hitting the fly wheel on the inside. has anyone ran into this before and how did you fix it? i have a harman marine engine (serial number hm6-2853). i am leaving for the lake on Sunday i need to get the boat running!!...
