Hey GT,  how are ya?  Yeah the tax issue is a little sketchy.   I always thought that county could not touch anything on tribal lands but if you look up the tax records through the county website they all do.....   Not sure if it's just the value of the improvements on the property, or the land itself??  I would think the leases will renew,  I think that is major source of income for the tribe...   My fear is will they just renew with the existing leaseholders or will they repossess the property and then "re sell" it on the open market..   I'm not really interested in getting in a bidding war with somebody on my own river house that I built!!   lol

Just finished a road trailer for this new Mako flat so I figured I would share some pics....   Went with a custom set of reverse mount 14x8 for that old schoolEllis style deep look with shortened leave springs to suck in the tires.....  Used a custom bent set of 56 inch 10 wide fenders to hug the curve of the tire and sit as low and tight as possible....    Removeable v drive cage with rollers that is triple plated chrome and Frenchmen in the lights..

Let me know what you think, I think it turned out killer....

Got it apart....  dropped a valve,  took out a piston and a rod....   

Complete long block,  minus one piston....   includes flex plate and PTO...     $150

Biggest problem with powder coat is that is does not like standard bondo.   They do make a powder coat friendly body filler,  but it costs a bit and is harder to work with.   We are getting ready to do a PC trailer for a CP and we are leaving all the welds exposed,  so we will see how it turns out....
