I've used a winch with the big ass 24ft deep v-hull (fishing boat) and love that it would pull the heavy ass boat up on to the trailer if I was not backed into the water enough. and made it easy to center boat. but with the light weight of my sleekcraft rebel I love the bar, one man load and float... trailer is low in water so boat is always floating before I unload or load, the bar pulls her straight on trailer when I pull out of the water, too easy if you ask me. Personal choice

looks like someone made a addaptor plate from a Berk intake to a Jacuzzi pump.
If this setup works a Berkley intake loader should work... or rework the pump and put an inducer on the impellor shaft to load the pump.
Sure Josh @JBP would help you out with either.

Sure it will flex well enough to keep it looking good for years of lake/river use... I more like to always hear how they
perform under hot Arizona sun that way I know it will last a life time up here, lol.. 
So do you have a color scheme picked out for this boat's new paint job... huh, huh, huh...

Got yourself a fine looking boat now
just remember you can only cut polish (clean) the paint so many times before it becomes thinner, before you see
color layer underneath show through. keep it covered and out of the sun to keep it looking new, longer

I think hmm, do I blow the light or try and stop. To my right I see a cop, hmm, better stop. BUT, the big boat doesn't want to and pushes me 1/2 way into the intersection. I looked up and wave to the cop, he shock his head, waved back and drove off.I thought you used the King Ranch truck to tow

So, here's the beginning of the pump internals, wear ring was previously mis-installed and looks like a little "rock turned lathe action" between the impeller and the suction. Made this a new ventilated impeller.
What pump is it? and what tricks you got up your sleeve?

Just remember to wipe up the sand dust and keep your hands off the area your going to paint (latex gloves work
) yourhands have oils and oil keeps paint from sticking... though in a engine compartment... no worries

Looking good so far... but just a small tip...
The idea behind wet sanding is to run water as you sand... 'just a little' to flush away the paint (paper lasts longer)
But all in all... dipping the sandpaper or splashing the boat will work too
She's going to look real good...

I would not sand blast aluminum! too easy to make peeks and valleys in the aluminum that will oxidize later on and make it
look worse faster, plus you will need to sand to make it smooth again. Best is paint striper if your going to remove the paint...
spray on, scrape off... toxic stuff so delute it if your going to flush it down the drain LOTS!... fish die easy from that stuff
