Im going to talk to my Interstate rep also. Thermo King makes a battery called an EON. Its glass mat technology no gell or liquids, super heavy. Its a thought and they are made for very harsh environments, but $$$

Last I searched here Optima red/yellow/blue received a bad rap, is that still the case? I've been running my Wally World special for 2 years and had no problems but now that its time to replace would like a gel sealed type. Thoughts on Optimas and if so what color? I would guess yellow.

Actually.....its funny you mentioned that. We will be trashing Laughlin that night or is it we will be trashed in Laughlin? I'll pm whoever wants details, we will be getting married on the river and Ive thought about dropping the floater for this and beaching it right there.
If other floaters pulled up it would be interesting!! We will sleep/pass out in Laughlin then go get floater with hang over and stumble to Avi.

Keep it simple. Saturday Avi noon again meet up. Like Aqua said pirates and do a little crazy watching then to topcocker. Not sure if i have the fuel to swing avi to havazoo. Sunday noon and whoevers still standing float and be hung over.

I use that for checking for refrigerant leaks. And its funny you mention Dawn soap that is the best bubble maker. Just dawn and water is all I use.

Ripped the bulkhead out, took interior out, and had a friend of mine help with the rest, we cut a 6 foot section of the floor out, sanded the old glass that was deteriorated, patched it back up with 3 layers of 3oz mat and 1 layer of a solid bidirectional weave. Then sanded the outside of the hull and patched it with 2 layers of 3oz mat and a good layer of marine putty, sanded it smooth then gel coat was applied.
There are a lot of factors that can cause these cracks in that area, 40 years of beatings, trailers not being set up for long hauls, and so on. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.

Don't laugh but I've used a Yamaha dirtbike silicone, called Yamabond, I believe. Ive used it on motor halves on the dirtbikes. Its not silicone based so it wont leak when hit with oil. Very easy to clean also. Pretty much same as Gasgasinch but cheaper. Well it was 2 years ago.
