selling a project boat ?

For instance, if someone was going to be selling a project boat how would you base your price on it?  I know it does not matter how much money you have in it. So how would you set your price so its a good deal for both parties?

Would it go by condition of the hull/trailer ect?

i would say a lot of it has to do with the boats potential.

example: a decent tahiti bare hull wouldnt go for as much as a shitbox beat up rotted out daytona hull.
