I have heard you could mix concrete with a panther but never saw someone actually try to make one into a cement mixer

Probably for one of them 5 mph lakes in Phoenix. I've seen 28' pontoons with a 10 hp honda on it.

Yep,  Old golf cart motor.  I live on an urban lake with a bunch of slow 18' pontoon boats.  I hooked up a rusty old motor from a golf cart just to see if it would work.  It hit almost 5mph!  Honestly with some money and time a setup could be made to get the thing on plane and have a little bit of fun.  But alas, I have neither the time or money, so out she goes.
