So I pick up this charger a while ago and I thing I might want to get rid of it and get a different Hull so I'm looking to see What's out there the boat I have is a 75 charger I like the shape But I'm not sure if I want to keep it any suggestion

I have a 1978 Spectra 20 in about the same shape, that I would love to move. What exactly are you looking for? The hull you have now is a pretty sharp looking boat right now. Why change?

My suggestion would be to figure out what your goals for your boat to be.
Hot rod, cruiser, show piece, family truckster... ? Figure this out, then you can work on the next part of planning... your budget.
Do you know what a boat really is? A hole in the water you throw money at.
How much do you want spend, how much work do you want to do? Do it yourself or pay to have it done?
Kind of go from there.
I agree with GlassCutter, I like that hull. what kind of jet is in it? Does it need a lot of work?

I got a 1971 Hallett. If you're interested I'll give it to you for a great price $800. The hull and trailer only, no motor or pump.

I know the boat I have not is nice I l like it my goal is a hot rod crustier nothing fancy I mean it's an olds I built for it so How fast Han you really I just wanted to see What's out the e'er e the charger is really thin and it worries me with having my kids in the boat what do you guys think should I run with it I love it's look

It Has a Jacuzzi jet and it needs a floor in it I had it wired already and it's a 1/4 stringer

Love the look of the hull.... but I'm kinda partial since it looks exactly like my Tahiti! LOL!
What do you mean it's really thin for the kids? You mean how low it sits to the water?

No I mean the Hull is real Thomson the sides and bottom I'm just worried about it cracking my Cole I had did the same thing

I have 76 sleekcraft kauai 19 foot 500$ jc berk needs rebuild newer interior new floor and stringers. Needs motor

It was a bay city jet took it out still have it if you want

It came to me bad I re did the sub floor stringer moter ran it to get to the lake in the bering was whining so I to get home and then I found my hull I have now for the same price as a pump to so I decide this scrap that project

So could I get away with replacing the bearing or dose the whole pump need to be overhauled

I would just buy a rebuild kit and just go through it I really don't know the pump I have now but I'm going to swap out for the JG sounds like rocks are in it and the bearing started the wine that pump that's in that boat does not sound like rocks but the bearing did wine so I would just say the bearing but I really don't know bro

When I bought that boat and a question people on here and I'm PB they did say that that boat road very nice and has a nice bottom that's a plus and she has a sexy shape I like her shape better than the tahitis shape

I really don't want to get rid of it I wanted to go all the way through it but I moved to a new home at the Hoa and I can only fit one boat in the garage so she's at Brad's house right now and I don't want to put that dude out

How are the seats in it I'm interested I think the main reason I'm look-in to get another boat is mine needs a floor carpet wiring and the seats need to be re covered and I'm bring sure I can get it all done before this river season plus I have to finish building my motor
