Its an eliminator bubbledeck .. got it from my neighbor to put back together. And all it needed was a motor dropped in... but things came up and boat is on the back burner.. would rather someone enjoy it since I don't know when ill have time and don't want it to sit and rot away ... as for green I don't think so...

No. I've been trying to pick this thing up for a week and we just can't find the same time to meet. I'd say because I haven't picked it up yet that it is but I deposited on this. Sorry
