Nice!

Walk us thru how you bedded the stringers please.

Also, hard to tell from pic, are the corners of wood rounded over? If not, may wanna consider it as it will help glass lay over top of stringer with little to no air pockets. Like a 1/2" round over bit on a router should do fine.

We basically laid a 2" strip of csm and put resin over it and then put a 6" strip over that, set the stringers in and added a bunch of weight on top of them. I haven't rounded the corners yet but as soon as the resin is setup we will get in and do some more sanding.

A router would be much easier and give consistent results. Meaning you'll know it the same radius the whole way down. A rotozip will work just fine here....smaller than a full size router.

It would probably would work better, I just don't have a router. Maybe I will hit up a few guys to see if they have one.

I have a router you can borrow if you live close enough. I'm in Hesperia. You'll need to buy a different but probably. I only have a 3/8 round over.

Okay sounds good. Either way rounding it will help.

Yeah I will either get one from someone or I will break down and buy one, I already have to replace my 30+ year old circular saw that we burnt up cutting the angle on the stringers.
