Looks great! Where'd u order the lights from?

Sent from my iPad using SoCalJetBoats
I ordered them on Amazon. Tail lights, fender indicator lights, and the center light bar. All led.

Finished the trailer as far as I could go. Got the wheels back on and off the jack stands. I ordered all the lights and wiring. Should have it all by the middle of next week. Also talked to James at bostick and it sounds like my engine might be done ahead of schedule. Can't wait to get it and my jet back.

Nice work!! For hire? Haha... Been putting off doing the trailer for awhile now. More important things, like speed keep coming up.

It's all I could work on after having shoulder surgery. I wish I could get in the boat and finish sanding. But the shoulder can't handle the grinder or the belt sander yet. I want this boat on the water.

I got a few of my lights for the trailer today. I got the brake lights and the center light bar. Still waiting on the wiring harness and the side indicator lights. Can't wait for this trailer to be done.

Got all the lights installed and wired up. Now I have to get my truck in to get the running lights to work. I have a short somewhere because my blinkers and break lights work but when I turn the lights on the trailer lights don't come on. But at least the trailer is officially done.

Had the neighbor kid help me cut some steel and made me a stringer mount for my foot pedal. I may not be able to use the grinder yet but I can still wield a stinger.

Yesterday we got the rest of the hull ground and sanded for the stringers. There is probably 100lbs of dust in my garage and out of the boat. Lol today we got it outside and cleaned everything all up. Finally the major grinding and sanding is done. Thanks to Wes for helping out yesterday.

What did you use to spray the trailer? The metal cast spray paint?

Yes I did. It took quite a few coats to get it right. It probably took close to 7 or 8 cans of the red and 4 or 5 of the ground coat.

That's probably the best route, the rattle cans streak it a little bit. It's good enough for at least a season or two until I can get the boat and trailer done professionally lol
