Pump came out nice and easy, almost no silicone. I kinda like the rubber gasket.

Cut the front bulkhead open today and jackpot, found 35 bags of cocaine. Old rigger warn me about bags of styrofoam flotation being sealed up there, but I had know idea of the quanity or the mess. Little foam balls no bigger than 1/4 inch, millions of them. The bags are 31 years old and very brittle, every one of them broke.

Have you had much time to play with the adjustable ride plate?   and if so... how well does it perform in your opinion?
Looks interesting...  any brand name?    Always like seeing inovations I never seen before

I bought the boat over a year ago and never put it in the water. The ride plate is interesting to say the least, somebody put a lot of time into it. I posted it on HB awhile back for some info but nobody reconized it or had seen anything like it. Weather it is very functional or not I dont know, but I'll probably set it back up just because it seems to be a one off deal. It was originally set up with a rack and pinion steering cable hook up to an electric motor. 

yes it has the tunnel, but it has the boxes on each side. i was told to take them out and put a bulkhead in.

That styrofoam is gone forever. The hull is completely stripped and goes to the painter next week.

What is that stuff?  Looks like Snow Melt I use to buy and use in Missouri.
