Yes I am sure. I thought I paid either $150 or $250 for it, but my friend Marc said I paid $300 for it. Rumor control says that this scoop is the laughing stock of this website, apparently Roger Weiman has great eyes for boats but not carb scoops.    I dig it and apparently it's not going anywhere anytime soon. It must be worth it's weight in Gold to me, as that's about all I would trade it for.

Marc wants me to try and make a metal copy as I don't own a tig welder for aluminum. Personaly I don't think a metal carb scoop will sell, what do you folks think about a metal carb scoop, sellable?

I would like to have one, just for the fact that it was original equipment on Roger's hulls. I wouldn't put it on anything else. I plan on making a polished aluminum one for the duel quad set up. My brother-in-law has a waterjet machine and a tig welder, with his help it shouldn't be to tough. Check out the scoop on the brochure.

Sanded the underside this afternoon, off to the paint shop in the morning. Stanless fenders should be ready to pick up from Extreme trailers by friday.

Thanks guys, it came out better than I expected. The coupler will go out for chrome, thats overspray. I told him not to worry about it besides it is pretty rusted. In the second pic you can see the gold pearl on the rail. Brad that tractor is 30 years old. My father in law just bought a new one, so he retired his old one to us. It worked great for picking up the front of the trailer, but I chained up the back of the trailer to the bucket and got it about 2 feet in the air when the trailer started swinging and I had to drop it real quick so I wouldn't turn the tractor over. Its to light for some of that stuff.

Got your message yesterday and went by the painters on a test drive, man does that thing pop. have you matched it next to the powder coat yet? looks good! I guess since my truck is the next most dependable in the family and you have 2 boats and 1 truck ill be pullin it around.
