The last time this boat was in water was back in 2001 it had 8 profesional drags at 118 with a motor the had 180 ph less that I'm putting in it.... Boat was set up by a pro or so I'm told lol we will see what she has in her.... Now I just need to find a name for her. And a few parts should be done by Feb......

Post by: BoatsNHoesNKL on March 15, 2010, 03:24:00 PM: All I have left is drop motor in, set up fuel lines, plug my wires in, run line for the pump presure to front and plug in kill switch on steering wheel o and put one more bilge pump in, tightin up the stearing cables, I'm mostly waiting on parts for the motor right now... Intake bolts carb ignition system (7al 3 kit from jegs comes complete crank triger and all) fuelpump system starter flex plate pto most of that stuff is on it's way....

I also called Jack mcclure at marine performance and talked to him about all the work he did to this boat and asked if she could hold up to a 800+hp motor ... Good news pump can take it! Not sure just how fast she can go but I hope 9 seconds in the 1/4 is what she can turn. O and I need me some upswept headers too..

Post by: BoatsNHoesNKL on May 16, 2010, 05:28:38 PM: Just got off the phone with jegs and ordered 7 al 3 crank trigger kit and 8896-1 1050 dominator should be here on thursday. still need to get fuel line and water line. now i need some ideas on were to mount all this stuff ... any ideas guys?

Got my dominator 1050 8896-1 in and on also got that 7al-3 in still need to install that thing. think im going to ask Vic to help on that one. got the crank trigger installed and ready to go. I have also installed that msd low pro billet distributor. Did all that stuff in one night. Still have a way to go. Need to install that fuel system and run all my water lines too. need to fab up brackets for the 7al-3 box to mount it with the shock things and a bracket for fuel reg and throttle cable o and one to mount the pro coil to the block ... still looking for one last part (headers).. i will post pics soon... :o
