Guess I lied and am in the mood for some more trials and tribulations! Came up on this Lil puppy for FREE basically and the hull ,stringers and transom are actually in good shape despite how it looks now. Couldn't wait on posting some pics as soon as I got it home, plan is to gut everything,strip it down flip it and go for broke! Here's a small list of things to come;
- 440 big block
- set back pump (split bowl, diverter, ect..)
- full interior
- trailer paint , bunks.

Nice find!
Looks like a bankruptcy starter kit, complete with a blown Olds?
Good luck, and happy boating ahead!
Looks like it could be a circle race boat.

Thanks! I just had to saved it from jet boat heaven, they were about to put the whole thing in a roll off just down the street from me.looks like it had an Olds but the motor in there is definitely from a car, yea this one will definitely have the potential to put me in the poor house or the dog house depending how it goes. Looking up the HIN now, my favorite part is the bubble deck, least favorite is the bow tank. Going to get some saddles setup tho.

Looking for some input; I could swear these are from a v drive application 440, will they work for the jet even with minor adjustments as needed? Or should I just have a rail kit made? For the price he's asking I'll probably still pick it all up even if it's just for the pipes.

I'd try it.
Angles are similar, so it's worth a try.
