Ok guys, finally got around to doing my first post. Little intro my names brandon and I just recently bought my first jet but have been around them my whole life, dad had a 19ft eliminator most of my life. I just bought a 74 hondo with a 455 olds and jacuzzi jet. I'll admit not the perfect combo but she runs great, has a mallory electronic ignition, mal elec fuel pump, basset O/T headers, torquer intake, not sure if anything else was done to it. I am pleased to have a tandem trailer. I am currently redoing the plumbing and wiring, then floor and seats and it doesnt have any interior, only the driver side seats mocked up. I'll post some more pics later today. And I want to say this board has helped me a ton with all my plumbing questions. Look forward to getting more info and hopefully seeing some of you guys out on the water soon.

Going to be working on the boat again today. Getting the other header bolted up, using arp bolts instead of studs. Trying to see if I can find a plumbing supply shop near me that I can make my own water bypass kit. Anybody on here ever go out on silverwood lake?

new solid copper core spark plugs, got the last sheets of ply wood to finish the floor and passenger seats. Should have some left over to build some speaker boxes. Still can't decide whether to plumb it in braided or hardline. Bimini top has new rivets. Post more pics after other seats are built

seats almost ready to be upholstered. Going to talk to the shop tomorrow about prices etc... Also repainting my mounting plate and put new wiring blocks on and ripped out all of the floor and cut new wood for that and installed a push button start.
-
Forgot to post this but also made a center console real quick yesterday too. Still have enough wood to line the inner fender wells.

Got a few quotes for upholstery, looks like it's gonna cost around 350-400 to have a shop do it if I supply the materials. Check out www.diyupholstery.com (http://www.diyupholstery.com) I might order my foam from them as it seems like pretty good prices but I will keep looking around. Anybody buy there own materials? Care to share where you purchased from?

I got the solid core plugs from autozone. I believe they carry the accel solid core wires as well. im using standard wires right now. Was going to go solid on those but im going to go with a set from magnacore probably instead

UFO in San Diego. I spent a total of 700 for all vinyl, foam, wood, glass, diamond plate...ect and the girlfriend sued it for me. Make sure to get marine vinyl and that they use ss staples.

a quick update as I have been busier then sh!t lately and have only gotten a few things done to the boat. The interior is basically done. Waiting on two more gauges to arrive, bought a set of seats out of an old flatbottom, transom cover plates are on, boat and trailer registered and had to get a new plate for the trailer too 190 for everything not too bad. Going to take her out this saturday to silverwood and she if she actually likes the water. Then if all is good i'll start trying to make her look pretty.

you grab those from mouzer?
-
Honestly I'm not sure. I found them on craigslist, they were down in corona. I dont think it was from anyone on here though.

Placing sale on hold. Going to use it this summer while I finish the challenger. It's almost finished getting sanded then going to paint it.
