Got most of the foam out and pulled the kachina signs off and started to pull the rub rail off we will get the rest of the foam out tomorrow and start sanding

if you're going to redo the stringers my only suggestion would be to change the points where your dolly is supporting the hull.  you want it on the very back corners and the bow eye or else when you cut em out the pressure in the middle/forward will put a hook into the bottom of the hull and when you glass in the new stringers it'll be stuck there forever.  just a fyi.

thanks brother I knew it has to have some tweaks to it before I cut the stringers out now I know where it needs to be and will add support this week and make sure it's solid more pics to come I do appreciate all advise and comments

Well finally got the dolly started got a few more supports to add but atleast now it's built and pressure washed the rest of the foam out

No its not balsa just glass but the center support I extended up to the bow eyelet just because I'm not the lightest person in the world
