I bought a 1982 Condor as a project for $600 with a JG pump and trailer. This is my second boat but my fisrt jet boat. I have been working on it for the last few weeks trying to get it together and now it is crunch time. I want to have it in the water someitme in June. Here are some pics.

Nice project. When I bought my Nordic it was like that as well. It took me over 3 years to get to where it is now $$. Did it have an engine or interior.
Are you going to take bowl off to see the condition of the pump/impeller.

The boat had a 460 that the previous owner took out (three point set up) and I am going to put a BBC on a 4 point mount in. I bought a complete motor and mounts from river dad (thanks Jason). He gave me a great deal. I didn't get the rear feet for mounts and no one had them for the Nicson rear mount that I have. I was told that there was notch in them that would help support the weight of the motor. So after trying to find them I decided to make them. I have to go back out and finish them up.
The first pic kinda shows the half round slot in the motor plate. I copied the front mounts for the rear but I am just gonna beef them up a bit. I will post more pics soon.

Those mounts/feet are also exactly like Guardian and Glenwood mounts/feet. I believe Glenwood is still in business. The feet should be fairly easy to find. The only problem I can forsee with you making the feet that you are missing is that the feet for the front and the feet for the rear are different in that they position the engine at a more or less correct angle. So what I'm trying to say is that if you copy the feet that you have the engine is not going to go in correctly. Maybe you already know they're different, I don't know.

Here is the update on the feet. I fit a piece of round aluminum between the mount and the slot that I put in the mounting feet. I still need to trim them up and sand/smooth 'em out a bit.
I know what you are saying hotrod56cars but I am hoping since I will be putting all of the mounting holes into the stringers that I can set the angle that the motor goes in at. I have never done this before so we will see what happens. I had called all around for the feet and once Josh @ JBP told me the feet were not available for that I decided to make them. All in the learing process.

That is funny. I bought new feet from Hardin Marine. I got the ones you are looking for. I needed the ones with the flat back and they came with the rounded backside. So I milled them flat. LOL go figure. I had to do a lot of trimming on them as well.

Lesson learned. Oh well. I had fun making them. I never really get out in the shop anymore these days. Hope they work. Motor is going in tomorrow.

Well, the feet I made didn't work. SNAFU. I might be able to get them to work but now I just rather buy a set.

Sorry to hear that. Don't do what was done to my old ones and just hack them up to fit. I had mine machined to fit properly and they kept the full length. I think that is better.
