We'll I'm in the middle of restoring an 82 bahner and I'm just about to prep for paint and I can't get the spacer off for the steering wheel is there a tool I need or is there Sum one I can take it to or some buddy that can come give me a hand I live in Costa Mesa I'll get the beer

a steering wheel puller from vatozone should do the trick.
