Yup! Photobucket's still the only way I can post pics here (Quiet Glenn, I know how much enjoyment you got outta my pain on that).

You can share the pics via email, whatever, AND, Besides, it saves B-rads server space as well. It's a win win.

Youch! Like a feeding frenzy on the new guy! LOL, Allz good - and originally my question was whether one of you guys had a leak proof method of sealing a transom plate around the clean out cap. My idea is to weld an aluminum plate to the top of the cleanout cap and seal as needed. and all those pics were the womans - seriously!

Tom @ Jet Boat Performance has made some bitchen, very tight sealing covers. Dont weld on it.

Nah, we had a laugh on ya, sorry, dropped you an e-mail JIC we offended you, wasn't the intention.

As far as the seal, can't really tell what you have around that polished pump, or what pump it is, really.

Tom'd be the answer guy, otherwise, if can't be siliconed, I dunna what to tell you.

There is this guy on here though, his name is on the tip of my tongue, with absolutely insane welding, machining and fabrication skillz, anyone help me out here? You guys know, the one building the injected and blown dealio out of an Enderle hat? ;D

Ray

Certainly someone else read TJ's threads?

Here ya Go Bro (use the IMG code link)
BTW if you resize your pics on photobucket (640 x 480) they will be easier to "view"

Re the Transom adaptor/plate you could use a standard type cast piece with a large spacer to move it rearward , you might find a over size (below) cast or glass one to house the extra length or... you could plate the top of the clean out (good for reinforcement as well ) and bring your plate halves over the inner edge of the cleanout plate Happy to explain more call anytime Tom

ps this situation is yet another in the argument of "how much set back" or "to breach the back of the hull or not to breach"

Old school "set back TA"
