Looks like a good deal for the price if you have the mechanical ability to put it together (Overall it is pretty simple stuff).
I can't tell from the pic what Jacuzzi pump it has, but for the application either one (YJ/WJ) would be fine.
I would suggest having the engine looked at by a machine shop and the pump looked at by a qualified marine shop (if necessary we can refer you to one if you don't mind shipping it out).
As for the hull and interior you need to get in, around and under as much as possible. Look for soft spots in the floor, cracks in the bottom, rotting wood under the seats, look inside the fuel fill necks with a flashlight and look for junk in the tanks...
Ask questions until you are comfortable with what you are looking at, and if you don't get that one you will find another soon.
