This is the step I did to get your picture to show up:

When you select the image, it will insert the code for the option you selected into your post. The number in the code refers to the attachment number.

these instructions are pretty straight forward. Let me know if you have any questions.

Why don't you just get a Photobucket account and not have to mess with any of the resizing b.s., I wouldn't do it any other way.
