After reading about a few members hooking up there steering backwards (no names to protect the innocent  ::)) I went out and looked at the distructions for mine ,  yes its already mounted http://www.socaljetboats.com/index.php?topic=3365.msg67952#msg67952  , and no i didnt look at the distructions before .   Its a good thing I didn't look at them before !!!  The instructions show to drill the 3 mounting holes for the helm UPSIDEDOWN  :screwy: :screwy: .   Mine is right , I hooked up the cable to be sure.  ;D
The instructions must be for boats with right side steering  ??? ???

She turned out real nice. Like I said before, I am glad you saved her from my brother-in-law's driveway. It was bound to sit there forever waiting for him to put it together.

Great job, now lets see some running shots! And for heaven's sakes, don't sell her! She'll treat you right on the water.

Many, many good times in that ride for years and years, now it's your turn.  ;D

Thanks Brian and everyone else,   but its not ready yet.   Started taking it back apart last week.  to finish the floors and polish all the aluminum  :banghead:. And theres still a couple things to figure out / make.

Sell her   :o :o .  Never  (I'm not 2sav) ;D.  I was hoping to have it back together for the November NJBA race in Bakersfield, but now I think that race is canceled.  :-\  .   Would have been a good time/place to do some testing on it (safer than the lake, and lots of help around if I need it  ;)) .

The upper part of the T ram was a BI### !!!!  The inside is great but the outside looked like they used a butter knife to carve the mold  :banghead: :banghead: ,  but its done.

I just hope it still runs  ;D   And what time are you showing up to put my pump back in.  ???

x2 what kind of hp is it going to make.

I really don't want to take any guesses at this point. I know what desktop dyno says but we will see.  :-\ .    This is the first time it will have a good pump behind it, along with finally getting the intake/carbs it was meant to have.  So, now I will finally be able to tune some power out of it.  ;D ;D
