Then you would just love 80 East until you get into Nevada.  I don't think they've done anything to that stretch over the pass since they laid the first strip of concrete.  We've got the high gas tax and the poorest roads...  guess too many studies as to why our roads are bad and too much money under the table for doing nothing.

Trailer is painted.  Ending up shooting the exterior and fenders with Pure White and  then 4 THICK coats of clear. For the interior rails I painted it with some of that cheap brushon bedliner material.  I had big plans for this trailer but once I saw how poorly it was finished/constructed, I decided to just treat it like a trailer and not go stupid on it. It would have taken a month and a half to get everything straight.  Not worth it.

It's cooking off in shop now and I'll snap some updated pics when I have a chance..

Many thanks to Ian for spending hours out there grinding and rewelding his Pops trailer and doing what they should have done better in the first place.  I feel sorry for him being out of work cuz of the snow and rain but glad that he was able to help me out.

Nuthin special to look at.  Here's some pics before Jan carpeted the bunks for me and I painted the axles and leaf springs.  

It's just Duplicolor bedliner on the inside of the rails and then 3 coats of Base Coat Pure White  and 4 coats of Universal Clear.  All SPI stuff.  

I figured lay the clear on thick and I can color sand and buff scratches out till I'm sick of the trailer.

Looks good!!!
