Chances are..... Yep

Even if it is not. Food for thought. If they can't even remember to pull the plug what else have they forgotten to do?

How much water will determine the extent of the damage, the better built a boat is, the more water it could withstand.

Don't buy it unless you can steal it and are not afraid of some really difficult work. Imho I would walk away.

Electrical, mechanical, seats, including new foam, stringer wood, transom wood, engine, alternator, fuel system, controls will all need a 100% restoration.

Not to mention potential structural integrity problems because of the weight and the trailer was never rated for the three to five tons that were on it.....

RUNNNNN!

So it's not a boat it's a lounge pool. So it has over a foot of water in it?

My first boat had water sitting halfway up the starter. New starter from auto zone and it was a good boat for the years I had it. It was moved outside from indoor storage and sat for maybe only 3 months, floor was solid.
