I just picked a Hornet it's my first jet anybody got any info. olds  455 it's been sitting a couple of  years. engine had a knock when he gave up.

I have a hornet too but mine is made by jet boat serves, I haven't found anything about this builder Do you have any pic.

If you could post some photos it would help.  You may be able to swap out the Olds for something else.

ive never seen another hornet other than mine  A impeller 56-700rpm 88.8mph, looking for 90 at long beach in august

this is what my hornet looks like, someone may have just put the emblems on it i dont know ( i take some pic. in the daylight and post them)

The boat looks very similar except for the seats. did yous see those pics from the flyer awesome.

Got an old friend in Sac. that has a Hornet 19, its very similar to our Southwind, but much lighter layup, good handling boat too, his has an old 427 side oiler in it (he was going to build a Cobra but this came up  :screwy:) I am going to see if I can scare up some pics. He built the seats using carbon fiber, they are very cool...

That pink Hornet has been all over Sac and Folsom!
