Title: How is your battery installed?

Trying to finish up my son Bebo's  83 Crusader project. The battery was installed really badly. Not even bolted or strapped down. His battery goes on the right side all the way towards the transom. I would like to have a permanent type anchorage to the stringer or similar.

Nothing holds them down... they are 29's. Small tray built for them to sit in an they have never came out of while boating.

Mine has an aluminum tray and i made a top the attaches to the top via all thread.
