At any rate loader by gosh! Has any one built or build these as 500hp an below are there any key components that truly factor in +/- areas when building them...

If you’re running less than 500hp with that style of loader I think you’ll do some damage to your pump, and possible damage to your engine. You’d be overloading the pump without having the ponies move any water.
To answer your question I’m sure people have made their own loaders, who they are, that I don’t know. Reach out to Flusher, mash in it (Dan’l), Derrick, GT jets (Glen). Tons of knowledge with these folks among others.

Make sure your welds are strong because if that loader comes loose . Bad shit happens real quick . Flipped boat or people getting tossed out faster than you can blink a eye .

The best advice I have heard regarding flow: you can't force it to go where you want it to go. You have to help it go where IT wants to go.
