Are Kona Jet Boats good boats?  I don't know much about boats so I was wondering is someone could help me out?  What make's a good river of lake boat?

I have a friend that has one. Very original condition, 454, with a berk. Boat is awesome and one of the most reliable that I have seen

I am pretty happy with mine:

1971 Kona 18'
468 Olds
Berk 12JC
Low to mid 60's

It is a good ski / lake boat, but I would not expect it to be a 80 + mph boat. 

Dozzer here has the same hull as I do and is running in the 70's I believe.

74 21' Kona DC, 455 olds, jacuzzi jet. I'll let you know after this weekend, i'll be taking it out for the first time on Sat.
