Title: Logs/snails 460 question
Post by: phatnasty85 on November 16, 2014, 07:32:28 PM
Ok guys i just bought these logs and snails and over tran pipes ysterdah at a swap show for 100 bucks. I couldnt pass it up for that price. Now, the logs/snails are harman marine olds 455. I have a bbf 460. I dont care about the logs and snails. I have no use for them. My question is the pipes. . .they arent full headers. They connect to the logs the same place the snails do. Replacing the snails. My question is are these going to fit on my 460 logs. Is the bolt pattern universal?

About the only issues you could have is the flange diameter and the holes will likely not really line up, easy fix, either redrill where you need them or cut, chop, rebuild the flanges... We just did this a couple years ago on the small block Southwind...

Good score for $100.
