Title: Making parts using Home Depot Material

I needed to make a MAP sensor bracket for my blower project. Went to home depot and got some aluminum angle cause I did not have any in my stock pile. Had some round stock laying around for the stand-offs that will be welded to the back of the angle and counter bored for socket head cap screws. A little measuring, machinng, welding and buffing and wala all done. This bracket bolts to the back of the blower.

TJ you're killing me.  I'm doing the same thing right now so I can mount my regulator log but going to use all three bolts and was trying to think how I could countersink the allen head bolts.  Too damn cool!!!   

When are you going to move to Washington so you can make this stuff for me?

man i wish i had 1/3 of your talent tj...its cool how you tackle each new problem keep up the good work!

Thanks all. Here is the back side. I use this method all the time for most of my brackets. This is all the weld that is really needed. Then I just run the counterbore bit on the front side.
