Title: More Info Needed On 1972 Bellcraft Jet Boat.

I am brand new here, and just purchased my first jet boat!  

It is a 1972 19'.6" Closed Bow Bellcraft (from what I believe is what the company was called before renaming it Wellcraft.

It has a built 454 with a Berkley 12JC in it.  I am trying to find out all I can about the history of these boat, what came onboard motor and jet wise from the factory etc.  Does anyone know anything more about the old Bellcrafts or where I can find out more info about them?  I will post some pictures this afternoon.

We need some pics.

So many of the builders were copying other boats that it is not likely a Bellcraft design.

Let us see what you have and maybe we will be able to help.

Attached are the only pics I have right now...She is in pretty rough shape at the moment, but she will be given a "new life" shortly!
