Well I got the boat I have always wanted , 1977 eliminator daytona . Bought the boat less engine the previous owner had set this boat up to race the ten-0 class , and also be his river toy. I will be putting my engine in it and using it as my river toy till my other engine build gets done .

Made a different way to secure the new scoop and tray today on my lunch . Will finish at home on the mill and lathe. the struts Going to the tray will be polished then cleared and made out of brass, should look nice with the scoop that is back with yellow pearl.

Thanks . Hoping for a good showing from this thing. Would be cool to get everyone together. I am going to try and make it out to some of the scjb stuff .
Got some of the wiring finished up ,and a new bottle for the pop off valve today. made a new bracket for the alternator to adjust the tension, went with some thing different and made it out of brass.
